Membership Checklist
It just takes a few minutes to become an NDWA member. To sign up you will need:
- ✔️ Your email address
- ✔️ A credit or debit card. If you don’t have either of those, you can use a pre-paid card that you can purchase at a convenience store.
- ✔️ The name, address and phone number of the person(s) you would like to name as your life insurance beneficiary(ies).
- **NOTE: your beneficiary(ies) should have a valid ITIN, SSN or EIN in order to claim the life insurance benefit.
- You must meet certain eligibility requirements to access the life insurance benefit, and that these eligibility requirements are subject to change. The life insurance benefit is not available to residents of Maine, or to people 70 years or older.
